Expedition of your parcel

Products are sent by bound letter. For a delivery in FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES or foreigner, please contact us by telephone or by e-mail.

Lady-coton delivers to the delivery address communicated by the customer during his order. The transmission of the phone number is extremely important in case of a problem during the delivery.

The delivery deadline is generally of one or two days after reception of the order accompanied by its regulation (deadline calculated in working days).

We do everything we can to get your orders delivered to you ASAP, however for everyone's safety the postal service is idling right now, you may not receive your purchase until 5-6 days later . We are in no way responsible despite everything, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The expenses of delivery are from 2,50 to 5,00 euros following the weight of the sending (for example 2,50 euros for 1 to 2 articles and 5 euros for superior quantities). Delivery charges are free from 6 bought articles.
